Here are some of my places of interest:
- Hydrocephalus Association - I am dedicated to the mission
of this organization and grateful to their support to our
family.
- Travel - My first teacher was Pomona Hallenbech,
www.sketchboxstudio.com.
My paintings are of Ghost Ranch and the beautiful landscape in New
Mexico. We painted day and night in the class room and in the
field. Pomona was a very inspiring teacher. The
landscape of Kitchen Mesa and Chimney Rock were my favorite. The new
cataloque for Ghost Ranch has just been released.
- Sacramento Fine Arts Center - I am actively involved
with the Northern California Artist Board as their Hospitality
Chair. They meet the second Wednesday of the month and have a
featured artist each month. I have volunteered to organize the
Sacramento Workshop for Lian Zhen in the fall of 2005. For Lian's
complete workshop schedule visit

Phyllis Eyemann
and Sandy Delehanty were my two instructors from March to June
2004. They teach weekly classes and focus on watercolor technique.
I also attended the Friday, life drawing classes. I joined the
Northern California Artists and enjoy the support and mentoring I am
receiving from everyone.

- Sacramento City College - David Lobenberg, Lobenberg
Graphics, was my instructor for Art Topics. He convinced me to
try water-soluble oils. We had a great time painting four days
a week for four weeks during the month of June 2004. Our class
was so inspiring, our painting group has continued to meet for the
past 8 months. We are currently meeting at Coloma Community
Center on Thursdays from 9-2 p.m.

Anne
Gregory's Watercolor and Drawing Class - These classes have been
an inspiration to help not only develop our technical skills but our
appreciation of art. I will be including a page highlighting
the work of my fellow students and with their approval a way to
contact them.
